Anthony Veder is committed to continuous safety and quality improvements at sea and ashore. The safety or our crew and the protection of the environment are always of paramount importance.
Our fleet fully complies with ISO 9001-2000, ISM and the ISPS code, as well as all the other international and national requirements for the transportation of liquid gas overseas.
Anthony Veder also holds a HACCP certificate for the transportation of CO2 by sea. All of our vessels are trading for major oil and petrochemical companies and consequently, are entered into the CDI and SIRE systems.
We use first class insurers and underwriters and have for many years, been a member of the UK P&I Club for our Protection and Indemnity insurance. Our vessels have the maximum oil pollution cover of USD 1,000,000,000.
For us, our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) policy is not just a matter of meeting legal requirements. We endeavour to go beyond regulatory demands, instead Anthony Veder tries to anticipate and innovate to make sure we are one of the safest, quality operators in the business and one that does its utmost to lessen its impact on the environment.
