Early March 2004 Anthony Veder bought back from Ocean Gas I CV the Coral Meandra and Coral Millepora (4200cbm semi/ref). The vessels were sold by Anthony Veder to this Dutch CV structure some 5 years ago and through this buy back the about 500 participants secured an average return of 13% on their investment ( basis IRR) over 5 Years.

ISPS compliance / 1 July 2004 deadline. With the successful completion of the ISPS / Security audit on the M.T. "Coral Actinia" June 16th we are happy to announce that all vessels in management with Anthony Veder are now ISPS compliant and certified. The certification of all vessels was done in close cooperation with the fleet, shore personnel and with both the certifying body (Bureau Veritas) and the flag administrations of the Netherlands, Liberia and the Netherlands Antilles.

During the third and fourth quarter of 2004 Anthony Veder took two vessels under commercial management operating in the Anthony Veder Pool. The vessels m.v."Marte" and m.v."Venere" are newly built semi-ref 3000 cbm gas tankers from De Poli Shipyard, Italy.
