Crewing

Anthony Veder highly values her crews members. Dutch officers and Asian crews, usually from Indonesia and crews from former Sovjet Union are deployed on Anthony Veder vessels. All crew members are trained to meet international requirements as well as customers and company standards, fully compliant with IMO regulations (STCW-95).

Our crews come in direct contact with our customer and as a service company we consider this an important aspect of their job. The ship-shore relation is another important aspect. Regular meetings are being held in the Rotterdam office with all officers to increase the awareness of what is happening on board of our vessels and in our office.

We have a constant need for young well-educated seafarers (MBO- HBO level) - nautical and technical- who will join our ships for a career in higher ranks and if possible in shore-based jobs. For more information see Careers section.
